Quilted Scroll Frame Tote is perfect to slide your scroll frame right into. Tote is 21" Wide x 10" Tall and 3" Deep, with 4 pockets on the inside to store your pattern and all of your supplies as well as a pocket on each end of the tote. Totes are made with quilted fabric are 100% cotton fill: 100% polyester. Before using, hand wash separately cold, no bleach, line dry, do not iron. They coordinate with our Quilted Scroll Rod Covers, Needle Books, JellyRolls, Hanging Pocket and the New Envelopes.

Is 21" wide the inside or outside dimension? I assume that the largest scroll frame you can put in this bag is one with 18" scroll bars (leaving an extra couple of inches for the width of the side bars and end knobs) and with 8" high side bars?
